Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3-104.11","heading":"Imagination Library Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Department of Education to be designated the\n\n\"Imagination Library Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the State Department of Education\n\nfrom appropriations, gifts, grants, donations and bequests. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the State Department of\n\nEducation for the purpose of implementing the provisions of Section\n\n1 of this act.
