Subject to the availability of funds, the State Department\n\nof Education shall be authorized to directly contract with educators\n\nwho are current or retired employees of Oklahoma public school\n\ndistricts, for services to assist the Department as may be necessary\n\nwhen such services require the expertise and qualifications of an\n\nOklahoma certified educator.\n\nB. The contract shall not:\n\n1. Be subject to the competitive bidding requirements of the\n\nOklahoma Central Purchasing Act; and\n\n2.
