Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3-109","heading":"Curriculum Materials Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Board of Education, to be designated the \"Curriculum\n\nMaterials Revolving Fund\". The fund shall consist of curriculum\n\nguides fees paid to the Board pursuant to law. The revolving fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations\n\nand shall be under the control and management of the administrative\n\nauthority of the State Board of Education. Expenditures from said\n\nfund shall be made for the purpose of maintaining the curriculum\n\nguides process and for any other purpose as designated by the\n\nLegislature.
