Of the Eighteen Million Three Hundred Sixty-five Thousand\n\nFour Hundred Two Dollars ($18,365,402.00) scheduled for expenditure\n\nfor Administrative and Support Functions of the State Department of\n\nEducation in Section 80, Chapter 204, O.S.L. 1987, from funds\n\nappropriated to the Department in Sections 71, 72 and 74, Chapter\n\n204, O.S.L. 1987, the sum of Sixty-two Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-\n\nseven Dollars ($62,967.00) shall be expended for the school facility\n\nimprovement program provided in this section.\n\nD.
