Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3-120","heading":"Board approval of programs using state funds","body":"The funding of programs with state funds appropriated to the\n\nState Board of Education which are to be awarded through a\n\ncompetitive application process or on a contractual basis shall be\n\nsubject to final approval of the State Board of Education. The\n\nBoard shall be responsible for the review and evaluation of the\n\nprograms throughout the term of the funding or contract.
