The cost involved in administering, scoring, reporting and\n\nother incidental duties necessary to accomplish the provisions of\n\nthe Oklahoma School Testing Program Act;\n\n2. Preschool deaf education programs operated by the State\n\nDepartment of Education; and\n\n3.
