A portion of the funds appropriated to the State Board of\n\nEducation for Administrative and Support Functions of the State\n\nDepartment of Education shall be expended for the development and\n\noperation of a statewide network of services for the education of\n\nchildren with visual impairments. The network shall consist of\n\nitinerant services provided by qualified regional program\n\nspecialists and certified orientation and mobility specialists.\n\nB. The network of services to be provided shall include:\n\n1. Assessment of visual function;\n\n2. Consultation regarding assessment of academic performance;\n\n3. Consultation regarding assessment of ophthalmological\n\nperformance;\n\n4. Consultation regarding assessment of psychological\n\nperformance;\n\n5. Consultation regarding assessment of vocational performance;\n\n6. Assistance in the development of individualized education\n\nplans for children with visual impairments; and\n\n7.
