Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3-123.1","heading":"Review of legislative provisions for duplication or","body":"conflict in mandates.\n\nThe State Department of Education shall conduct a review of\n\nprovisions of Enrolled House Bill No. 1017 of the 1st Extraordinary\n\nSession of the 42nd Oklahoma Legislature as amended, Enrolled House\n\nBill No. 1759 of the 1st Regular Session of the 47th Oklahoma\n\nLegislature as amended, and the federal Elementary and Secondary\n\nEducation Act, P.L. No. 107-110, also known as the No Child Left\n\nBehind Act of 2001, to determine if there is a duplication of or a\n\nconflict in the legislative mandates in each act.
