Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3-132.3","heading":"Statewide Charter School Board Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Statewide Charter School Board to be designated the\n\n“Statewide Charter School Board Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be\n\na continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Statewide Charter School Board\n\nfrom state appropriations. All monies accruing to the credit of the\n\nfund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nStatewide Charter School Board for the purposes set forth in Section\n\n2 of this act.
