Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3-138","heading":"Reprisal against school employee seeking to establish","body":"charter school.\n\nA board of education of a school district or an employee of the\n\ndistrict who has control over personnel actions shall not take\n\nunlawful reprisal action against an employee of the school district\n\nfor the reason that the employee is directly or indirectly involved\n\nin an application to establish a charter school.
