A virtual education provider that offers full-time virtual\n\neducation to students who are not residents of the school district\n\nwith which the provider is contracted shall be considered a site\n\nwithin each school district with which the provider contracts and\n\nsubject to the accountability system established pursuant to Section\n\n1210.545 of this title.\n\nB. The virtual education provider and the school district with\n\nwhich it contracts are hereby directed to identify those students\n\nwho are full-time virtual students and do not live in the physical\n\nboundaries of the district.
