Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3-145.7","heading":"Statewide Virtual Charter School Board Revolving Fund","body":"— Transfer of funds to Statewide Charter School Board Revolving\n\nFund.\n\nA. Until July 1, 2024, there is hereby created in the State\n\nTreasury a revolving fund for the Statewide Virtual Charter School\n\nBoard to be designated the “Statewide Virtual Charter School Board\n\nRevolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the Statewide Virtual Charter School Board from State Aid\n\npursuant to Section 3-145.3 of this title or any other state\n\nappropriation. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nStatewide Virtual Charter School Board for the purpose of supporting\n\nthe mission of the Statewide Virtual Charter School Board.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.\n\nB. On July 1, 2024, the Statewide Virtual Charter School Board\n\nshall transfer any unencumbered funds in the Statewide Virtual\n\nCharter School Board Revolving Fund to the Statewide Charter School\n\nBoard Revolving Fund created pursuant to Section 3 of this act.
