School districts with one or more school sites that have\n\nbeen identified as in need of improvement by the State Board of\n\nEducation pursuant to the requirements of the No Child Left Behind\n\nAct of 2001, P.L. No. 107-110, shall be required to electronically\n\nsubmit the following plans to the State Board of Education:\n\n1. The school improvement plan as required in Section 5-117.4\n\nof this title; and\n\n2. The capital improvement plan as required in Section 18-153\n\nof this title.\n\nB. School districts that do not have any school sites which\n\nhave been identified as in need of improvement by the State Board of\n\nEducation, pursuant to the requirements of the No Child Left Behind\n\nAct of 2001, P.L.
