Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3205","heading":"State Regents - Quarters - Personnel - Employee benefits","body":"- Revolving fund - Disbursements.\n\n(a) The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall be\n\nfurnished suitable permanent quarters by the Oklahoma Capitol\n\nImprovement Authority for which the State Regents shall pay an\n\nappropriate rental charge and shall appoint and fix the duties and\n\ncompensation of such personnel as the State Regents deems necessary\n\nto perform its functions and duties. Until such time as space can\n\nbe provided by the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority the Office\n\nof Management and Enterprise Services shall provide quarters for the\n\nState Regents without rental charge. The State Regents may\n\nestablish and maintain plans for tenure and retirement of its\n\nemployees and for payment of deferred compensation of such\n\nemployees, and may provide hospital and medical benefits, accident,\n\nhealth, and life insurance, and annuity contracts for such\n\nemployees, and pay for all or part of the cost thereof, with funds\n\navailable for payment of its operating expenses.\n\n(b) Monies received by the State Regents for payment of the\n\ncost of maintaining offices, payment of personnel, and other\n\noperating expenses shall be deposited in a special fund in the State\n\nTreasury, to be known as the \"Oklahoma State Regents for Higher\n\nEducation Revolving Fund\". Such fund shall be a continuing fund not\n\nsubject to appropriation by the Legislature, and shall be subject to\n\nexpenditure by and shall be paid out upon the order of the State\n\nRegents at such times and in such amounts as the State Regents may\n\ndirect.
