Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3208","heading":"Functions and courses of study - Hearings","body":"All functions and courses of study of the constituent\n\ninstitutions of the State System shall stand as they now are until\n\nchanged with the approval or by order of the State Regents. In the\n\ndetermination of the functions of the said constituent institutions,\n\nand the approval or disapproval of courses of study prescribed by\n\nthem, the State Regents shall afford any and all institutions\n\naffected a full public hearing, after such notice as may be\n\nprescribed by the State Regents, before ordering any change, and\n\nshall allow sufficient time before final action is taken for the\n\nsaid institution or institutions to prepare and present its or their\n\narguments and briefs in support of or in opposition to any such\n\nproposed change.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"028056957d578717bf2eb85ba2c83cc79dbe6b85875d93c61249dc7dacf30ce5","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-3207.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-3208.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
