Any institution in The\n\nOklahoma State System of Higher Education may, in accordance with\n\nSection 3208 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes, offer courses in\n\nAmerican Sign Language and grant credit for such courses in the same\n\nmanner as provided for other foreign language courses.
