All endowments, gifts, bequests, and indirect cost\n\nreimbursements from sponsored grants and contracts given to, or\n\nreceived by, any constituent institution, and the income therefrom,\n\nshall belong to and be used only for and by the recipient\n\ninstitution.\n\nB.
