Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3211","heading":"Revolving Loan Fund of the Oklahoma State Regents for","body":"Higher Education.\n\n(a) There is hereby created in the State Treasury a Revolving\n\nLoan Fund to be designated \"Revolving Loan Fund of the Oklahoma\n\nState Regents for Higher Education.\" Such fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, and the State Regents may allocate on a loan basis\n\nany of the monies therein to any of the state educational\n\ninstitutions under their jurisdiction, for projects authorized by\n\nthe Board of Regents of the institution and approved by the State\n\nRegents.\n\n(b) Monies in such fund shall be disbursed by claims approved by\n\nthe President of the institution to which the monies were allocated.\n\nThe State Regents shall prescribe rules and regulations for the\n\nsafekeeping and proper expenditure, repayment procedures, and\n\nreports covering the expenditure, of moneys used for projects\n\nauthorized.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e421bc9349031317dbfc377b1d410237f754e5357068576c92e2588b22663cb3","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-3210","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-3212"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
