Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3218.12","heading":"Financing of education and training of veterans –","body":"Tuition and fee waiver scholarships – Educational assistance\n\nprograms.\n\nA. State educational institutions may be authorized by the\n\nState Regents to contract for, charge, collect, receive, and use any\n\nand all fees, tuition, charges, grants, and allowances available\n\nthrough the United States Veterans Administration, or any other\n\nfederal agency, for the education and training of veterans.\n\nB. The State Regents are hereby authorized to establish a\n\nsystem of student tuition and fee waiver scholarships for each\n\ninstitution in The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education to be\n\nadministered by the Board of Regents of the institution. Said\n\nsystem shall include students provided for in the Oklahoma State\n\nRegents Academic Scholars Program. Any institution may waive\n\ntuition and fees for such students as determined by the institution.\n\nC. The institutions comprising The Oklahoma State System of\n\nHigher Education are hereby authorized to establish an educational\n\nassistance program whereby such institutions may administer and\n\nutilize state funds when federal student loan programs require\n\ninstitutional matching funds.\n\nD.
