Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3218.14","heading":"Fees and tuition recommendations","body":"Each institution and constituent agency shall have the option to\n\nrecommend to the governing board and to the State Regents fees and\n\ntuition to be charged to students enrolled at the institution or\n\nconstituent agency. The fees and tuition shall not exceed the\n\nlimits established by law.
