The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall\n\nmaintain for public inspection, electronically or otherwise, all\n\nreports submitted by the institutions in The Oklahoma State System\n\nof Higher Education to the United States Department of Education\n\nregarding each institution’s tuition and fees.\n\nB. Each institution in The Oklahoma State System of Higher\n\nEducation that receives federal funds shall submit the Integrated\n\nPostsecondary Education Data System Report, or any successor report\n\nwith like data, annually to the United States Department of\n\nEducation reflecting the average annual tuition rates and mandatory\n\nfees charged to its students.\n\nC.
