Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3218.9","heading":"Graduate and professional resident and nonresident","body":"tuition and mandatory fees.\n\nThe Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education are authorized\n\nto establish resident tuition, nonresident tuition and mandatory\n\nfees for graduate and professional courses and programs which shall\n\nremain less than the combined average of such tuition and fees for\n\nlike-type graduate and professional courses and programs of\n\ncomparable quality and standing at state-supported institutions of\n\nhigher education as determined by the State Regents.
