The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education may\n\nestablish any special fee not specified by law if the Regents\n\ndetermine that such fee is necessary for academic services or other\n\nactivities, facilities or services provided by any institution of\n\nThe Oklahoma State System of Higher Education.\n\nWithin thirty (30) days of the establishment by the Regents of\n\nsuch fee, the Regents shall file a report with the Speaker of the\n\nHouse of Representatives, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate,\n\nthe Chairperson of the Higher Education Committee of the House of\n\nRepresentatives and the Chairperson of the Education Committee of\n\nthe Senate. The report shall specify the reasons the Regents\n\ndetermined such fee was necessary and any other information\n\nconcerning the fee.\n\nB. Each educational institution within The Oklahoma State\n\nSystem of Higher Education shall annually publish all tuition and\n\nfees charged at that institution.
