Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3227","heading":"Consultant services - Contracts with retired employees","body":"No institution within The Oklahoma State System of Higher\n\nEducation shall enter into a contract for consultant services with\n\nany person who has retired from employment with any institution for\n\ntwo (2) years after the retirement date of such person.
