There is hereby created the Oklahoma Established Program to\n\nStimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) Advisory Committee to the\n\nOklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. The Committee shall be\n\nadvisory in nature and shall provide recommendations on EPSCoR\n\nprograms to the State Regents, which is the funding agency for the\n\nstate share of matching requirements for EPSCoR initiatives.\n\nB.
