Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3232","heading":"Oklahoma National Guard Educational Assistance Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education to be designated\n\nthe \"Oklahoma National Guard Educational Assistance Revolving Fund\".\n\nThe fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOklahoma State Regents for Higher Education from state\n\nappropriations. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nState Regents for Higher Education for the purpose of providing\n\nassistance to eligible Guard members pursuant to the provisions of\n\nSection 1 of this act.
