Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3241","heading":"Instructional materials – Provision in digital electronic","body":"format.\n\nIt is the intent of the Legislature to ensure that all students\n\nwith disabilities enrolled in institutions in The Oklahoma State\n\nSystem of Higher Education be afforded the opportunities to succeed.\n\nIn recognition of the fact that instructional materials are a\n\ncritical component of education, the Oklahoma State Regents for\n\nHigher Education shall encourage the state institutions of higher\n\neducation to communicate to all manufacturers and publishers of\n\nrequired or essential instructional materials that such materials\n\nshould be provided in a digital electronic format, in a timely\n\nmanner to fit course schedules, and at no additional cost to the\n\ninstitutions.
