Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3242.2","heading":"Individuals unlawfully in the country ineligible for","body":"resident benefits or tuition - Exceptions.\n\nA. Except as otherwise provided in Section 3242 of Title 70 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes, an individual who is not lawfully present in\n\nthe United States shall not be eligible on the basis of residence\n\nwithin the state for:\n\n1. Any postsecondary education benefit, including, but not\n\nlimited to, scholarships or financial aid; or\n\n2. Resident tuition.\n\nB.
