Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3246","heading":"Teacher education programs - Statewide professional","body":"educators' association - Equal access to students.\n\nIt is the intent of the Legislature that the Oklahoma State\n\nRegents for Higher Education adopt a policy for each institution\n\nwithin The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education which has a\n\nteacher education program that will require equal access for\n\nstatewide professional educators’ associations to students enrolled\n\nin the program. The policy shall prohibit teacher education\n\nprograms and the faculty and employees of the program from denying a\n\nstatewide professional educators’ association equal access to\n\nstudents enrolled in the program to the same extent that access is\n\ngranted to other educators’ associations. The policy shall define\n\naccess to include:\n\n1. Setting up informational tables at the institution or\n\nstudent meetings;\n\n2. Speaking at student meetings;\n\n3. Distributing information in mail boxes or through the e-mail\n\nsystem of the institution;\n\n4. Utilizing institution meeting rooms during nonworking hours;\n\n5. Posting information on bulletin boards; and\n\n6.
