An institution within The Oklahoma State System of Higher\n\nEducation shall grant a leave of absence to a student who is a\n\nmember of the active uniformed military services of the United\n\nStates and is called to active duty. The student shall be eligible\n\nto:\n\n1. Withdraw from and receive a refund for any or all classes\n\nfor the period of active duty service without penalty to admission\n\nstatus or grade point average and without loss of institutional\n\nfinancial aid; or\n\n2. Receive an incomplete grade for any or all classes for the\n\nperiod of active duty status; provided, however, that the student\n\nhas completed a minimum of fifty percent (50%) of all class work\n\nprior to being called to active duty and the student completes all\n\nclasses upon return from active duty. The student's admission\n\nstatus and grade point average shall not be penalized, and the\n\nstudent shall experience no loss of institutional financial aid.\n\nB. The leave of absence granted pursuant to subsection A of\n\nthis section shall not exceed a cumulative five (5) years.\n\nC.
