Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3304","heading":"Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma - Official","body":"seal - Officers - Terms and duties of officers - Proceedings.\n\nThe Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma shall adopt\n\nan official seal. It shall annually elect a President who may also\n\nbe known as Chairman, a Vice President who may also be known as Vice\n\nChairman and a Secretary, each of whom shall serve a term of one (1)\n\nyear and until his successor is elected and qualified, and who shall\n\nhave such powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Board. The\n\nBoard shall adopt such rules and regulations as it deems necessary\n\nto govern its proceedings and the conduct of its business.
