Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3311.13","heading":"CLEET Private Security Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training to be\n\ndesignated the \"CLEET Private Security Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies received by the Council on Law\n\nEnforcement Education and Training from the issuance of licenses to\n\nsecurity guards, security guard agencies, private investigators and\n\nprivate investigative agencies. All monies accruing to the credit\n\nof said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training\n\nfor the purpose of fulfilling all statutory obligations pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of the Oklahoma Security Guard and Private\n\nInvestigator Act and providing training and education programs for\n\nsecurity guards, security guard agencies, private investigators and\n\nprivate investigative agencies.
