Training Center Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training to be\n\ndesignated the \"C.L.E.E.T. Training Center Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies deposited to the credit\n\nof the fund pursuant to subsection D of Section 1313.2 of Title 20\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes. All monies accruing to the credit of the\n\nfund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nCouncil on Law Enforcement Education and Training for the purpose of\n\nacquiring and constructing a statewide law enforcement training\n\ncenter and for operation and maintenance of such center.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"2d5a5f07919193a4405af9ab2920c62f16b6ff9f6e367276622c7c2365dbe6e9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-3311.5","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-3311.7"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
