Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3313","heading":"Legislative intent - Allocation of funds - Resident dean","body":"It is the intent of the Legislature that the State Regents for\n\nHigher Education shall consider the needs of the branch program\n\noperation in allocating funds to the University of Oklahoma.
