The diversity of flora and fauna;\n\n2. The quality and viability of the occurrence of the element\n\nof natural diversity;\n\n3. The absence of damaging land uses and the extent of historic\n\ndisturbances;\n\n4. The potential for sustained protection and management of the\n\nelement of natural diversity;\n\n5. The presence of additional elements of natural diversity not\n\nadequately represented in other registered natural areas; and\n\n6.
