Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3404.2","heading":"Cameron University - Transfer of governance,","body":"supervision, management and control.\n\nActing pursuant to the power conferred by Section 2 of Article\n\n13A of the Oklahoma Constitution to determine the functions and\n\ncourses of study in each of the institutions in the State System,\n\nthe Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education have determined that\n\nthe primary mission of Cameron University is no longer agricultural\n\nand mechanical; therefore the governance, supervision, management\n\nand control of Cameron University is hereby transferred from the\n\nBoard of Regents for Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges\n\nto the Board of Regents for the University of Oklahoma and Cameron\n\nUniversity, and all property, assets and obligations of Cameron\n\nUniversity and any and all obligations of the Board of Regents for\n\nOklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges for and on behalf of\n\nCameron University are hereby transferred to the Board of Regents\n\nfor the University of Oklahoma and Cameron University.
