The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall make\n\nresident college credit courses and programs available to the people\n\nof Muskogee.\n\nB. The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall\n\nprovide classes and programs through a branch of Connors State\n\nCollege as the State Regents shall determine are appropriate, which\n\nshall be established and located in Muskogee. The branch campus of\n\nConnors State College shall be governed by the Board of Regents for\n\nthe Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges and administered\n\nthrough Connors State College.\n\nC. The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall\n\nprovide classes and programs through a branch of Northeastern State\n\nUniversity as the State Regents shall determine are appropriate,\n\nwhich shall be established and located at Muskogee.
