Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3407.1","heading":"Murray State College of Technology - Proclamation","body":"The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall make a\n\nstudy to determine the feasibility of changing the functions of\n\nMurray State College of Agriculture and Applied Science to give\n\npredominant emphasis to technical education while retaining the\n\nnormal two-year junior college academic program. If the State\n\nRegents determine that the change should be made, they shall issue a\n\nproclamation declaring the change in the functions of the college\n\nand specifying the effective date. Thereafter, the official name of\n\nthe college shall be Murray State College of Technology; there shall\n\nbe created a Board of Regents of Murray State College of Technology\n\nas provided in Section 2 of this act; and all governing control of\n\nand property, assets and obligations of the Murray State College of\n\nAgriculture and Applied Science shall be transferred to the Board of\n\nRegents of the Murray State College of Technology.
