Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3411","heading":"Board of Regents for Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical","body":"Colleges - Body corporate - Official seal - Officers - Terms and\n\nduties of officers - Proceedings.\n\n(a) The Board of Regents for Oklahoma Agricultural and\n\nMechanical Colleges shall be a body corporate and shall adopt an\n\nofficial seal, which shall be attached to all official documents\n\nissued by the Board and all contracts entered into by the Board.\n\n(b) The Board of Regents shall annually elect from its\n\nmembership a Chairman, a Vice Chairman, and a Secretary, each of\n\nwhom shall serve for a term of one (1) fiscal year, and who shall\n\nhave such powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Board. The\n\nBoard shall adopt such rules and regulations as it deems necessary\n\nto govern its proceedings and the conduct of its business.
