Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3423","heading":"Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine","body":"– Merger - Mission.\n\nA. The institution located in Tulsa County and known as the\n\nOklahoma College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery is hereby\n\nmerged with and made an agency and an integral part of Oklahoma\n\nState University. The location of the college shall remain in Tulsa\n\nCounty. On and after the effective date of this act, the official\n\nname of the college shall be the Oklahoma State University College\n\nof Osteopathic Medicine. The Board of Regents for the Oklahoma\n\nAgricultural and Mechanical Colleges shall have the supervision,\n\nmanagement, and governmental control of the college, which shall be\n\nadministered by Oklahoma State University. At least one of the two\n\nhighest-ranking administrative officers of the college shall be a\n\ndoctor of osteopathic medicine.\n\nB. There is hereby created the Oklahoma State University Center\n\nfor Health Sciences which shall include the programs of the Oklahoma\n\nState University College of Osteopathic Medicine and may include\n\nother medical and biomedical sciences programs of Oklahoma State\n\nUniversity.\n\nC.
