Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3426","heading":"George Nigh Rehabilitation Institute Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education to be designated\n\nthe \"George Nigh Rehabilitation Institute Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations\n\nand shall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma State\n\nRegents for Higher Education from any gifts, contributions,\n\nbequests, individual reimbursements and other sources of revenue,\n\nfor the care or support of persons who have been admitted and cared\n\nfor at the Institute and any other monies directed by law to be\n\nplaced in the fund. Monies accruing to the fund may be expended by\n\nthe Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education for operation,\n\nmaintenance and capital improvement of the facility.
