Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3501.2","heading":"University of Central Oklahoma - Effect of name change","body":"- Depletion of labeled supplies.\n\nA. The name prescribed by Section 3501.1 of this title shall\n\nnot affect in any manner whatsoever any legal relationships, bonds,\n\ncontracts, supervisory authority by the Board of Regents of Oklahoma\n\nColleges, title to property, obligations, or any other phase or\n\naspect of the legal status of the said institution for any purpose,\n\nexcept that said institution shall be referred to as the \"University\n\nof Central Oklahoma\" in all future references to said institution.\n\nB. It is the intent of the Legislature that supplies, including\n\nbut not limited to letterheads, which on the effective date of this\n\nsection carry or are labeled with the name \"Central State\n\nUniversity\" shall be utilized after the effective date of this\n\nsection until such supplies are depleted. Any new supplies ordered\n\nfor use after the effective date of this section shall bear the name\n\n\"University of Central Oklahoma\".
