Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3507.1","heading":"Alternate name - Regional University System of","body":"Oklahoma.\n\nA. The Board of Regents of Oklahoma Colleges created by Article\n\nXIII-B of the Oklahoma Constitution shall also be known as, and may\n\nperform official acts and transact official business in the name of,\n\nthe Regional University System of Oklahoma.\n\nB. Whenever the name of the Board of Regents of Oklahoma\n\nColleges appears in any law, contract, or other document, it shall\n\nbe deemed to refer to the Regional University System of Oklahoma.\n\nC. The name change prescribed in subsection A of this section\n\nshall not affect in any manner whatsoever any legal relationships,\n\nbonds, contracts, supervisory authority by the Board of Regents of\n\nOklahoma Colleges, title to property, obligations, or any other\n\nphase or aspect of the legal status of the Board for any purpose,\n\nexcept that the Board shall be referred to as the \"Regional\n\nUniversity System of Oklahoma\" in all future references to the\n\nBoard.\n\nD.
