Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3509","heading":"Board of Regents of Oklahoma Colleges - Body corporate -","body":"Seal - Officers - Term - Proceedings - Minutes - Executive meetings.\n\nThe Board of Regents of Oklahoma Colleges created by Article\n\nXIII-B of the Constitution of Oklahoma shall be a body corporate,\n\nand shall adopt and use an official seal. It shall annually elect a\n\npresident who shall also be known as chairman, a vice president who\n\nshall also be known as vice-chairman, and a secretary, each of whom\n\nshall serve for a term of one (1) fiscal year and until his\n\nsuccessor is elected and qualified, and who shall perform such\n\nduties as the Board directs. The Board shall adopt rules and\n\nregulations as it deems necessary for the governing of the Board and\n\nthe discharge of its duties, and shall cause to be kept the minutes\n\nof all meetings and transactions considered at each meeting, in a\n\nsuitable book to be obtained and kept for such purpose. The Board\n\nshall not hold an executive meeting unless the same is ordered by a\n\nunanimous vote of the Board. The office of the Board shall be\n\nlocated in quarters provided by the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement\n\nAuthority for which the Board shall pay an appropriate rental\n\ncharge.
