The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall make\n\nresident college credit courses and programs available to the people\n\nof McAlester.\n\nB. The State Regents for Higher Education shall provide classes\n\nand programs through a branch of Eastern Oklahoma State College,\n\nwhich shall be established and located in McAlester. The branch at\n\nMcAlester of Eastern Oklahoma State College shall be governed by the\n\nBoard of Regents of Eastern Oklahoma State College and administered\n\nthrough Eastern Oklahoma State College. The Board of Regents of\n\nEastern Oklahoma State College may provide resources to the branch\n\ncampus of Eastern Oklahoma State College to maintain its facilities\n\nin accordance with its function and mission as provided by law.
