The governance, supervision, management and control of the\n\nMcCurtain County Higher Education Program is hereby transferred from\n\nthe Board of Trustees for the McCurtain County Higher Education\n\nProgram to the Board of Regents of Oklahoma Colleges, and all\n\ninterests in real property, facilities, equipment and appurtenances,\n\nstate-appropriated monies and all duties, obligations and\n\nliabilities of the McCurtain County Higher Education Program and any\n\nand all obligations of the Board of Trustees of the McCurtain County\n\nHigher Education Program for and on behalf of the McCurtain County\n\nHigher Education Program are transferred to the Board of Regents of\n\nOklahoma Colleges. Obligations for any and all plans for tenure or\n\nretirement of employees of the McCurtain County Higher Education\n\nProgram, either through the McCurtain County Higher Education\n\nProgram, or the Board of Trustees for the McCurtain County Higher\n\nEducation Program shall be assumed by the Board of Regents of\n\nOklahoma Colleges.\n\nB. The facilities of the McCurtain County Higher Education\n\nProgram shall serve as the branch campus in McCurtain County of\n\nSoutheastern Oklahoma State University.
