It shall be the duty of the superintendent, principal or\n\nhead teacher of each public or private middle, junior high and high\n\nschool accredited by the State Department of Education in the State\n\nof Oklahoma to notify the Department annually as scheduled by the\n\nDepartment of the name, address, race and age of any pupil dropping\n\nout from the school during the preceding year. The report shall be\n\nmade on forms prescribed and furnished by the Department.\n\nB. The State Board of Education shall cause these statistics of\n\nschool dropouts to be tabulated by grade and school district.\n\nInformation of school dropouts shall be made available to the\n\nOklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education, the Bureau\n\nof Indian Affairs, the Military Department of the State of Oklahoma\n\nfor use in the youth educational programs provided by the Department\n\nand the State Department of Health.\n\nC. The State Department of Education shall make an annual\n\nreport to the Legislature prior to the convening of each regular\n\nsession thereof of information received and tabulated pursuant to\n\nthis section.\n\nD.
