Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3605","heading":"Board of Regents of the Oklahoma College of Liberal Arts","body":"- Body corporate - Seal - Officers - Term - Proceedings - Minutes.\n\nThe Board of Regents of the Oklahoma College of Liberal Arts\n\nshall be a body corporate, and shall adopt and use an official seal.\n\nIt shall annually elect a chairman, a vice-chairman, and a\n\nsecretary, each of whom shall serve for a term of one (1) fiscal\n\nyear and until his successor is elected and qualified, and who shall\n\nperform such duties as the Board directs.
