Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3705","heading":"Board of Regents of Northern Oklahoma College - Body","body":"corporate - Seal - Officers - Term - Proceedings - Minutes.\n\nThe Board of Regents of Northern Oklahoma College shall be a\n\nbody corporate, and shall adopt and use an official seal. It shall\n\nannually elect a chairman, a vice chairman, and a secretary, each of\n\nwhom shall serve for a term of one (1) fiscal year and until his\n\nsuccessor is elected and qualified, and who shall perform such\n\nduties as the Board directs.
