Stat. tit. 70, § 70-3901","heading":"Revolving funds - Sources of income - Use - Rules and","body":"regulations.\n\n(a) There are hereby established two revolving funds for each\n\nstate educational institution and for each agency thereof. The\n\nEducational and General Operations Revolving Fund shall consist of\n\nany appropriations made by the Legislature for such purpose and\n\nshall include income received from student fees, sales and services\n\nof educational departments and all other income available to the\n\ninstitution or agency for educational and general purposes as\n\ndefined in the uniform budget and accounting classifications\n\nrecommended by the publications of the National Association of\n\nCollege and University Business Officers. The Capital Improvements\n\nRevolving Fund shall consist of any appropriations made by the\n\nLegislature for such purpose. Such revolving funds may be used for\n\nthe specified purposes when allocated and allotted as provided by\n\nthe Oklahoma Budget Law of 1947, Sections 41.1 et seq. of Title 62\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\n(b) It is the intent of the Legislature that the State Regents\n\npromulgate appropriate rules and regulations for accomplishing\n\nprescribed procedures of this section. Said rules and regulations\n\nshall include requirements that regular maintenance and utility\n\ncosts and other operating expenses of auxiliary enterprises not be\n\npaid from education and general purpose funds without documented\n\nadequate reimbursement and that the use of fees and other charges be\n\nrestricted to the purpose for which collected.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5c7e9e6e60acb269820456793491c13dae1fd69b8673382abdb24ef715f83f4c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-3801","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-3902"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
